I work across the full research lifecycle: study design, questionnaire development, social listening, data acquisition, pattern analysis, and insight synthesis into frameworks leadership teams can actually act on. My credentials include advanced training through MRIA and a Master's in Leadership in Service Innovation — giving me the methodological depth to handle sophisticated research challenges without the overhead of a large agency.

My content practice spans the full spectrum: brand storytelling, campaign architecture, POP and planogram assets, digital and social content, experiential formats, and influencer and stakeholder amplification. I've built content ecosystems at GE, CSA Group, UL Solutions, and Carrier — developing formats that earned international recognition and awards and consistently prioritizing customer experience as the organizing principle.
