At GE Capital, I managed a $2B+ North American fleet portfolio. At CSA Group, I led the most successful global launch in the company's history. At UL Solutions, I grew a professional community from 5,000 to 76,000 members while driving measurable pipeline impact. At Carrier, I conceived and launched a connected PaaS platform informed by MIT design thinking principles.

I've built a career proving it's something different: a repeatable operating system that combines the clarity of First Principles Thinking, the foresight of Futures Thinking, and the human empathy of Design Thinking. That system is now formalized as the CoCr8 OS — a consulting framework and growing SaaS platform designed to help leadership teams move from insight to action faster and with more confidence. My credentials — MIT Design Thinking, Edinburgh Business School, University of Queensland, GE Six Sigma Black Belt — aren't the point. The point is what those disciplines produce when they work together: organizations that can see what's coming, make better decisions, and build things people actually want.

ESG Top 20 Brands
Working collaboratively with North 44 Consulting and D-Tag Analytics, we have developed a comprehensive report exploring the factors influencing ESG and drawing insights from leading global brands, countries, and social media sentiment. This report aims to provide readers with fresh and innovative approaches to address ESG challenges in business. Additionally, we have created an ESG maturity model to help organizations assess their current maturity level and guide them on their path to improvement.
IIDEA Council
As part of our dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), I co-founded the IIDEA Council, a not-for-profit organization aimed at fostering open dialogue and creating safe spaces for individuals to share diverse perspectives and insights. Our mission is to eliminate bias and promote inclusivity by embracing the idea that "WeAllBelong."
CSA Group's Emerging Technologies - 2019
My team and I embarked on a significant effort to address the lack of awareness surrounding CSA Group's commitment to emerging technologies and the challenges faced by our frontline teams in articulating the message to clients and differentiating us from competitors. We built a virtual city that illustrated the various use cases and situations supported by CSA Group's testing and standards, creating a safe daily routine for citizens. The video showcased specific emerging technologies we worked on through new testing and certifications. The city was animated and segmented into components for collateral materials such as brochures, social media posts, fact sheets, web pages, webinars, and case studies. This integrated campaign featured concise messaging and a cohesive approach, highlighting CSA Group's expertise in emerging technologies.
Chubb Celebrating 200 years across a nation. - 2017
At United Technologies, my team and I led the development of a memorable celebration for Chubb Fire and Security's 200th anniversary. Filled with engaging events, inspiring speakers, and branded promotional items, our efforts showcased the team's strong connection, commitment, and pride in the brand. A captivating video we created became the most-watched asset globally on the United Technologies Yammer site, accumulating thousands of views, engagements, and comments.
We Are Uponor - 2008
After a recent acquisition, my team and l revitalised brand equity and employee engagement at Uponor. To foster a sense of belonging and unity, we launched a multi-year campaign centered around the tagline "We Are Uponor." Through employee testimonials captured on camcorders, we showcased the collective strength and significance of our team. This powerful message was then transformed into a promise conveyed through a captivating music video. The video garnered global recognition and positioned our team as marketing thought leaders in the industry.
Women in Construction - 2011
WINC (Women in Construction), a non-profit organization of professional women that serves communities and individuals who need help or are in crisis, hosted a gala event to raise funds for the renovation of the Second Base Youth Shelter in Toronto, ON.
The gala, hosted by television personality Jim Caruk, host of HGTV’s Real Renos and founder of Canada’s first Build it Yourself Learning Centres, featured fun-filled competitions, as well as silent and live auctions.
The gala, held at the Design Exchange in Toronto, also served as the official launch of WINC to the public. “We have been impatiently waiting for this moment,” remarked Ani Bogovic, Founder and Chair of WINC. “This gala was truly the culmination of over a year of hard work. This is the next phase is WINC’s evolution.”
CIL and Wal-Mart Narrowcasting - 2007
While leading Walmart America's account at ICI Paints, our challenge was transforming Wal-Mart into a paint destination. We devised an integrated campaign encompassing in-store pop, out-of-section displays, flyers, web promotions, and checkout narrowcasting to leverage the high foot traffic. Utilizing computer animation, we created videos highlighting the unique value propositions of our product offerings. The campaign achieved double-digit category sales growth and was a successful model for future campaign development across other accounts.
